Against the background of „Innovation is the motor of the economy“ the
magazine AIT and xia IntelligenteArchitektur have for the last few
years organised a successful Innovations competition along with various
partners from the economy. The aim of the event according to the
organisers is to produce a presentation platform for businesses
offering exceptional products and to open the readers of AIT and xia
IntelligenteArchitektur to the variety of creative and innovative
possibilities. The panel of notable architects and innovators take
decisions based on the architctural quality of the submission. Criteria
for assessment are functional and gestalterische quality, originality
of materials and variety of applications as well as the economic value
and capability of the individual project teams.
